Gas explosion at residential tower in Tehran injures four: Iranian state media

A gas explosion on Thursday at a residential high-rise in the Chitgar neighborhood of the Iranian capital Tehran has left at least four people injured, according to state media reports. The incident occurred in one of the floors of Pamchal Tower, located in the Chitgar district. The Tehran Fire Department said that the blast caused damage to one apartment and also impacted an adjacent unit. Videos allegedly showing the aftermath of the explosion began circulating on social media shortly after the incident, though official outlets have not released any images and have not confirmed the building's precise identity beyond stating it was part of the Pamchal complex. Some users on social media claimed the explosion took place in a building known locally as the 'Judiciary Tower,' associated with the Judicial Organization of Iran's armed forces.
